Wafer Oven

Our automatic wafer baking oven is available with 32 up to 100 baking plates and is designed for a capacity of up to 50 wafer sheets per minute. We have two version of the baking plate dimension, the standard baking plate width is 500mm, the jumbo baking plate width is 650mm. Baking plates for the production of flat wafers are manufactured with different kinds of engravings.

Wafer Cream Spreader

There two type of spreading machine for fully automatic cream application, film spreading or contact spreading. With the film spreading head, the film knife takes the cream film from the spreading roller and transfers it gently onto the wafer sheet. Spreader head versions are available for cream, chocolate, caramel or jam. With the contact spreading head, the wafer sheet takes the cream from the spreading roller through direct contact. All wafer sheets, including the cover sheets which are not to be covered with cream, are passed under the spreader head.

There are two independent frequency inverter controlled SEW drives for the first and second cut which allows independent speed optimization of the two cutting carriages. The totally new machine concept guarantees fully automatic production even at a high production capacity.

Cream-spreaded wafer books are cooled so that the cream filling sets sufficiently for cutting and packing. Cooling the wafer books ensures a clean and efficient cut. The capacity of the wafer sandwich coolers depends on the plant performance and the product-specific cooling time.
